Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of needlepoint, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Accepted returns will be refunded in the form of a gift card. If you have questions on your purchase, please contact us at newenglandstitchery@gmail.com.
Returns will not be accepted as follows:
- Canvases that have been stitched or damaged
- Fibers that have been cut or opened
- Fibers that do not match our in stock dye lots
Damage and Other Issues
We understand things happen and an item may be damaged or the wrong item may have been inadvertently packaged. Please inspect your items upon receipt and reach out to us right away at newenglandstitchery@gmail.com so we may rectify any issues.
